How Exports Work:

  • Exports are generated in the background and you receive an email notification when ready
  • Export files are available for download for 7 days
  • After 7 days, export files are automatically deleted for security
  • You can request new exports at any time through your memorial dashboard

Export files are stored securely and only accessible to authorized users (memorial owner and editors).

Information We Share
