How Exports Work:
- Exports are generated in the background and you receive an email notification when ready
- Export files are available for download for 7 days
- After 7 days, export files are automatically deleted for security
- You can request new exports at any time through your memorial dashboard
Export files are stored securely and only accessible to authorized users (memorial owner and editors).
Information We Share
We do not share personal information with companies, entities, and individuals outside Memorial Vivo except in the following circumstances:
